Organized sports provide yearly activity and entertainment for participants and spectators. Lighted tennis courts and baseball facilities as well as daytime-only recreational areas are available. A county club provides excellect recreation, offering a nine-hole golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts as well as a golf course that is referred to as the “Hidden Jewel” and is rated fifth in the state.
